Green Auto Lab — Mobile Detailing Services

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and no‑shows are handled for all Green Auto Lab appointments. These guidelines ensure fairness, protect our scheduling, and maintain the efficiency of our mobile workflow.
1. Standard Cancellation Window
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. This allows us to adjust our route and offer the appointment to another customer.
2. Late Cancellations
A cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment time is considered a late cancellation. Because last‑minute changes directly impact our schedule and travel planning, a late cancellation may incur a fee.
3. No‑Show Policy
An appointment is considered a no‑show if:
We arrive at the service location and cannot access the vehicle
The vehicle is not present at the agreed‑upon location
The location is unsafe or unsuitable for service
We cannot reach you by phone or message within a reasonable time
No‑shows may incur a no‑show fee, as they result in lost time, travel, and blocked scheduling.
4. Weather‑Related Changes
If unsafe weather conditions prevent us from performing the service, we will contact you to reschedule. Weather‑related rescheduling does not incur any fees.
5. Service Location Requirements
If we arrive and the service location is unsafe, illegal, or unsuitable for detailing, we may refuse or stop service. If the issue could have been prevented with proper preparation, the appointment may be treated as a no‑show.
6. Condition‑Based Adjustments
If the vehicle’s condition requires significantly more time or labor than the booked service level, we will discuss options with you. If you decline the necessary adjustments and the service cannot proceed, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
7. Communication Expectations
We will always make reasonable efforts to contact you regarding delays, weather issues, or access problems. You agree to remain reachable by phone or message on the day of your appointment.
8. Agreement to Policy
By booking an appointment with Green Auto Lab, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
