Green Auto Lab — Mobile Detailing Services

These Terms of Service govern all mobile detailing services provided by Green Auto Lab. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies and conditions outlined below. These terms ensure clarity, protect both parties, and maintain the quality and professionalism of our workflow.
1. Services Provided
Green Auto Lab offers mobile auto detailing services, including exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, wheel and tire care, and optional add‑on services. Service descriptions and pricing are listed on our website and may be updated periodically. All services are performed on‑site at the customer’s location within our service area.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide the conditions necessary for safe and effective service.
Access: The vehicle must be accessible, unlocked (or keys provided), and parked in a safe, legal location.
Utilities: Our workflow requires customer‑provided water and electricity. A standard outdoor spigot and household outlet must be available and functional.
Work Area: The surrounding area must be free of hazards, obstructions, pets, and foot traffic.
Personal Items: Remove valuables and personal belongings before service. Green Auto Lab is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.
Vehicle Condition: You must disclose pre‑existing damage, sensitive materials, malfunctioning parts, or aftermarket modifications that may affect service.
3. Scheduling, Arrival Window, and Weather
Arrival Window: Appointment times include a 30–60 minute arrival window to account for traffic and prior jobs.
Delays: If delays exceed the window, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
Weather: Services may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme heat, high winds, or unsafe conditions.
Unsuitable Locations: If the service location is unsafe or unsuitable, we may refuse or stop service at our discretion.
4. Pricing, Adjustments, and Payment
Pricing: Current pricing is listed on our website and may vary by vehicle size, condition, and selected package.
Condition‑Based Adjustments: If the vehicle requires significantly more labor than the booked service level, we will discuss options and obtain approval before performing additional work or charging additional fees.
Payment Timing: Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted Methods: Cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No‑Shows
Standard Window: Cancellations or rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours may incur a fee.
No‑Shows: If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle, cannot reach you, or cannot safely perform the service, the appointment may be treated as a no‑show and a fee may apply.

6. Results, Limitations, and Documentation
Results Vary: Final results depend on the vehicle’s age, condition, and prior care. Some stains, odors, scratches, and defects may not be fully removable.
Reasonable Efforts: We follow a consistent, methodical workflow using professional‑grade products, but we do not guarantee “like new” results on all vehicles.
Photos: We may take before‑and‑after photos for documentation and marketing. License plates or identifying details can be blurred upon request.
7. Damage and Liability
Pre‑Existing Damage: We are not responsible for pre‑existing defects, wear, or damage, including clear coat failure, rust, tears, or broken components.
Manufacturer/Aftermarket Issues: We are not liable for damage resulting from manufacturer defects, poor prior repairs, or aftermarket parts.
Work Area: You are responsible for ensuring the work area is safe and legally permissible.
Liability Waiver: All services are subject to the terms of our Liability Waiver, which you must review and agree to before service.
8. Privacy and Data Use
We collect only the information necessary to schedule, confirm, and perform your service, including your name, contact information, service address, vehicle details, and service history. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
Green Auto Lab may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued booking or use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
